Services
Soulaunch provides digital marketing and website services, including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Website maintenance and updates
Google Business Profile setup and management
Content creation and publishing
Business visibility and online presence improvements
Other related digital services agreed upon with the client
The exact scope of work will be agreed upon separately with each client.
Payments
Fees for setup, maintenance, and additional services will be communicated before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Setup fees are paid in advance.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance.
Late payments may result in delayed service delivery or suspension of services.
All prices are exclusive of any taxes unless otherwise stated.
Website Ownership
The website and business content created for the client belong to the client upon full payment of the agreed setup fee.
Soulaunch may use third-party platforms, including Framer, to build and host websites.
If the client chooses to end the monthly service:
The client may request a transfer of the website project to their own Framer account.
Any Framer subscription, hosting, domain, or platform fees become the client's responsibility after transfer.
Soulaunch will provide reasonable assistance during the transfer process.
If the client chooses not to transfer the project and no active service agreement remains, the website may be taken offline.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate business information.
Supply required materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
Maintain ownership rights to any content provided.
Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of information published about their business.
Google Business Profile Services
Soulaunch may assist with the creation, optimization, and management of Google Business Profiles.
The client acknowledges that:
Google controls all ranking, visibility, and verification decisions.
Soulaunch cannot guarantee profile approval, verification, rankings, leads, traffic, reviews, or business results.
Changes made by Google may affect profile performance without notice.
No Guarantee of Results
Soulaunch provides professional services but does not guarantee:
Specific search rankings
Lead generation results
Revenue increases
Business growth
Customer acquisition
Search engine placement
Results depend on numerous factors outside Soulaunch's control.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website content created specifically for their business.
Soulaunch retains ownership of:
Internal processes
Frameworks
Templates
Workflows
Proprietary tools
General methodologies
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Cancellation
Monthly services may be cancelled by either party with written notice.
Cancellation of monthly services:
Ends future service obligations.
Does not create entitlement to refunds for services already delivered.
Does not affect fees already due.
Website transfer requests should be made before service termination whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Soulaunch shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Business interruption
Data loss
Platform outages
Third-party service failures
Indirect or consequential damages
The total liability of Soulaunch shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the previous three months of service.

Services may rely on third-party platforms including but not limited to:
Framer
Domain registrars
Hosting providers
Social media platforms
Soulaunch is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, account suspensions, or decisions made by third-party providers.
